All content on PortraitAgents, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PortraitAgents or its licensors. Photographs taken by photographers remain the property of the photographer subject to usage rights granted to clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

PortraitAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
