Coverage

Where we work

We book photographers who already work these cities — people who know the venues, the parking and where the light goes at six.

Chicago, IL

Chicago & the suburbs

McCormick Place sets the rhythm of the Chicago corporate year, and the weeks around it are the busiest we book anywhere. Winter work moves indoors without anyone pretending otherwise.

Typical venues
convention halls, hotel ballrooms, corporate lobbies
Areas
The Loop, River North, West Loop, Evanston

New Orleans, LA

New Orleans & the Northshore

New Orleans hosts far more conference business than its size suggests, and the Convention Center schedule drives the year. We shoot the sessions, the exhibit floor and the evening reception as one brief, not three bookings.

Typical venues
convention halls, hotel ballrooms, courtyard venues
Areas
CBD, French Quarter, Warehouse District, Garden District

Houston, TX

Houston & the Energy Corridor

Houston headshot days run long: three hundred people through a conference room between eight and four. We bring the lighting, the backdrop and a second shooter, and we keep the queue moving.

Typical venues
corporate campuses, convention halls, hotel conference floors
Areas
Downtown, The Galleria, Energy Corridor, Montrose

Detroit, MI

Detroit & Southeast Michigan

Detroit corporate work runs through the automotive and mobility calendar, and its best rooms are restored early-century interiors that photograph far better than a standard ballroom.

Typical venues
restored theatres, automotive campuses, riverfront halls
Areas
Downtown, Midtown, Corktown, Royal Oak

Dallas, TX

Dallas–Fort Worth

Dallas corporate work is relocation-driven: new offices, new leadership, new headshots for a team that did not exist last quarter. Consistency across a roster matters more here than any single frame.

Typical venues
corporate HQ lobbies, hotel ballrooms, design district spaces
Areas
Uptown, Deep Ellum, Las Colinas, Fort Worth

Minneapolis, MN

Minneapolis–St Paul

More Fortune 500 headquarters sit here than the city’s size suggests, so the work is steady year round — and from December to March it happens entirely indoors, which we plan for rather than apologise about.

Typical venues
corporate headquarters, converted mills, skyway-level halls
Areas
North Loop, Downtown, St Paul, Uptown

Nashville, TN

Nashville & Middle Tennessee

Nashville’s corporate calendar is healthcare and music business in roughly equal measure, and they want very different photographs. We send a photographer briefed for the room they are walking into.

Typical venues
healthcare campuses, hotel ballrooms, converted factories
Areas
The Gulch, Downtown, East Nashville, Franklin
